We are seeking a candidates with Masters in Psychology experianced working with Autism population, Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) as well as RBT/QASP-S to join our team of ABA specialists for a full or part time caseload in several clinic locations through out Georgia ande South Carolina.

We provide independent field work supervision for candidates looking to advence in the field. We provide tuition for employees.

Our company is looking for BCBA, BCaBAs, QASPs, RBTs, SLP, and OT in various locations in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.

  • Compass is looking for Part Time or Full time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children implementing ABA plan. This position requires:

    • RBT Credential
    • A bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or a related field.
    • Experience in ABA is required
    • Ability to work afternoons and some evenings

    Compass offers

    • FREE classes toward RBT credential
    • Advancement in the field towards QASP.

  • Valdosta, GA 8-1-16 – Ongoing

    Certification in applied behavior analysis as (BCaBA®). Must have Bachelors in Psychology or related field and be BCaBA®. BCaBA® will either work directly or as a supervisor to Behavioral Technicians or receive direct supervision by Clinical Director, BCBA®.

  • Valdosta GA and Warner Robins, GA

    Certification in applied behavior analysis (BCBA®). Must have experience working within the field. The BCBA® designs, coordinates, and modifies behavioral programs, performs behavioral assessments (including functional analyses), and oversees the quality of service delivery. The BCBA® also provides regular supervision for BCaBA, behavior technicians and supervisors, performs ongoing and initial assessments (including functional analyses), and supervises their work.
