Training BCBA/BCaBAs

It doesn’t matter if you’re working toward RBT, BCaBA, or even BCBA certification, our training program will help train you in the practical and clinical aspects of working with individuals with Autism. Our on the job training allowes individuals to gain Independant Field Supervision Hours and prepare BCBA candidates for BACB exam as well as prepare them for future supervisory work with children with Autism. m

RBT training

In order to be eligible for competency assessments as an RBT, you must complete 40 hours of training online. At Compass, we can certainly help you reach this qualification as you work in our center. We can also help you complete the necessary steps to earn your RBT certification with our remote training.

Clinical support

As a part of our training, our BCBA will help to review and observe your clinical documentation to ensure that you’re meeting industry standards that have been set by BACB.
