Compass Behavioral & Developmental Consultants LLC. created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy of visitors to our site. When you submit online an Application Form to request treatment of your child by Compass, you will give us Personal Information, Educational Information, and Family Information. If your child is referred to us by his or her school district, his or her permanent files are maintained by the school district. COMPASS BDC retains files for clients who are treated privately by COMPASS BDC. In all cases, COMPASS BDC follows all standard records retention regulations and all policies and procedures of the federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
  6. Other Uses of Personal Identification Information Collected. We will store and update the Contact Information, Admission Information and other information collected from visitors to the Site. We may use your Contact Information to send you information about COMPASS BDC.
